Combining face-to-face visits with remote telehealth, you will lead best-practice initiatives and support facility teams in improving clinical outcomes for residents.

- Conduct comprehensive face-to-face clinical assessments and develop evidence-based care plans
- Consult remotely via telehealth from your professional home office setup
- Support, mentor, and educate nursing staff, patients, and families in wound prevention and management (including pressure injuries, diabetic foot ulcers, and palliative wounds)
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including GPs, RNs, and care workers
- Make sound, autonomous clinical decisions to drive faster healing and reduce hospital admissions
- Current AHPRA registration, National Police Clearance, and First Aid Certificate
- Relevant postgraduate wound qualification with 3+ years of senior clinical experience
- Strong clinical assessment skills, including essential hands-on ABPI/lower-leg assessment experience
